Anatomy of a Raffle Ticket

To avoid any technical problems during ticket draws and to ensure that the player receives his/her price fairly, let’s break down the elements needed to be placed in raffle tickets:

• Place the organization’s name or fundraiser on top of the ticket whichever it is angled from portrait or landscape. Also, include the tagline of the fundraiser or organization to give an insight on the raffle draw.
• Do place the list of prizes according to its amount. Have a quick run through on this part as to not commit any confusion during the distribution of prizes.
• Set the date of the draws from beginning to the final. Also, add in the contact details such as the website and contact number.
• It is a standard for raffle tickets to have a perforated stub. Leave enough space for it so when the stub is to be torn up, no details or information will be torn as well.
• Most importantly, place matching consecutive numbers. This is to be fair to the winners and to allow a smooth system or management during the distribution of prizes.
