The greatest and the most awaited music awards of all time, the 2017 Grammy’s were finally aired live from Los Angeles on 12th February. Along with the most prominent and deserving musicians being honored for their work, the viewers were also doubly blessed with their sheer justification of style and grandeur. From Beyoncé, Rihanna to Ariana Grande, and Adele we have today created a list of the top 10 red carpet looks that brought the added shine to the golden trophy.
1. Adele in Givenchy Haute Couture By Riccardo Tisci
In a beautifully fitted silhouette, Adele looked regal and elegant in this queenly olive green gown. The gown also happens to be a huge part of the fashion history, as it was Ricardo Tisci’s primal and last design before leaving Givenchy.
2. Rihanna in Armani Privé
Making her own runway trend, Rihanna looked exceptional in a yellow crop top and black flowy skirt. Accentuating the tattoo with just the right glam, we are sure you would feel her bold presence on the red carpet.
3. Lady Gaga Alex Ulich
She might not have projected the same stern red carpet presence like the Super Bowl appearance but Gaga did reflect her crazy and one of a kind side in the black top showing off her underboob and back.
4. Camila Cabello in Miri Couture
You might be still grieving over the fact that the all-girl group, Fifth Harmony is now down to four, but Camila Cabello is definitely enjoying her solo status and the singer made her solo debut on the red carpet at the 2017 Grammys. The Cuban-American singer wore a silver bead and sequin-embellished turtle neck couture gown and paired the beautiful gown with long beachy waves and subtle makeup.
5. Paris Jackson in Balmain
Jackson looked spectacular in the stunning rainbow metallic gown from the luxury fashion house. Definitely, a show-stopping look, the gown had all over metallic embellishment in a number of hues. Wrapping elegantly around the body, the dress splendidly revealed her waistline, chest, and legs in the most naturally styled slit and cutouts.
6. Jennifer Lopez in Ralph and Russo
Arriving on the red carpet in one of her most feminine gowns till date, the actress/singer who generally sticks to metallic or see through dresses, went for something new with this lilac dress. Along with being a refreshing switch-up, the gown by Ralph & Russo was from the most recent collection, making its debut on the runway just two weeks ago. JLo accessorized the soft gown with a glistening clutch, pointed heels and of course the multiple diamond rings.
7. Lea Michele in Roberto Cavalli
Taking several selfies while walking down the red carpet, Michele looked sleek and elegant in the embellished two-piece Roberto Cavalli gown.
8. Santigold in Gucci
Playing her rebellious and eccentric streak, Santigold carried forward her rule breaking and eclectic look with Gucci frock in pink. The high-collared, long-sleeved bubblegum-pink number with serpent design across the chest was accessorized minimally by the singer with a box clutch and simple T-strap heels.
9. Carrie Underwood
Looking no less than a queen, Underwood stole the red carpet in the most appropriate color coordinated way. Featuring the keyhole cutout and bell sleeves, the sheer red dress definitely popped out on the red carpet. The thigh-high slit showed off her long legs in the sexiest way possible.
10. Chrissy Teigen
In a bondage-inspired pattern, the sexy cutout dress accentuated the 31-year old’s curves. Featuring textures and styles, the black see through lace emphasized the model’s fit frame and the black crochet detailing gave the bodycon effect to the dress. Teigen complemented the dress with neutral glowy makeup and the cool wavy shoulder length haircut.
