Every year we anxiously wait for our favorite stars to walk down the Red Carpet at the Academy Awards, setting remarkable fashion and style goals for us. Some of these stars keep getting better with every passing year. Hence, this time we decided not only to bring some fabulous appearance from the Oscar Red Carpet from last night but also revisit their first appearance at the prestigious Academy Awards.  

1. Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman first graced the red carpet back in 1991 with her then-husband Tom Cruise. In black Valentino dress and natural red curls, she looked absolutely dreamy like always. Her grace remains timeless even after 26 years, she manages to stun everyone with her persona on the red carpet. This year she wore an Armani Privé couture with her vintage Omega timepiece.

2. Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel made her first Oscar red carpet appearance in 2007 and has come a long way since then. She looked stunning in her pink halter neck dress and loosely curled updo and this year she outshone the red carpet with the golden Kaufmanfranco dress and teaming it up with a statement collar necklace from Tiffany & Co. Her hairstyle elevated the look and made her look like a goddess on the red carpet.

3. Halle Berry

Halle Berry graced the red carpet in 1996 wearing a purple gown and sporting her famous pixie cut. Seeing her at the red carpet now, you can see how amazing the evolution of the actress has been. The atelier Versace gown, Vince Camuto shoes, and Forevermark jewelry, all combined with those fantastic curls and bangs elevated her fashion game.

Emma Stone is much of a newbie to the red carpet considering, the first appearance she made was in 2012. This year, she was nominated for the Best Actress in lead for La la land and she took home the golden lady with her. She looked like one herself in her golden flapper style Givenchy style. Her hair, styled in classy waves live up to the statement.

The beautiful actress and a fabulous performer was nominated in 1979 for Kramer Vs Kramer. She was as graceful and she is as graceful now.  The actress looked magnificent in her blue Elie Saab Couture. Elegance has no age and now matter how unexpected her choice are on the red carpet, she always manages to pull the off elegantly.  

6. Scarlett Johansson

It was exactly 10 years ago in 2007, we saw Scarlett Johansson glorifying the Oscar’s Red carpet in her emerald green Alberta Ferretti gown. With the red mouth and short blond waves, the actress brought the old hollywood magic to the red carpet. This year she brought the spring with her beautiful pink Azzedine Alaia gown. With her pixie, the look appears soft as well as bold at the same time.

7. Viola Davis

Viola Davis first attended the Oscars in 2009 wearing a Reem Acra golden gown. This year, the lady decided to go bold with Armani Privé vermillion red silk cady gown with cold shoulder. The actress also flaunted her newly chopped bob and stunned us completely.

8. Matt Damon

The Actor was first seen on the Oscar red carpet in 1998. The year the actor, accompanied by his wife Luciana Barroso, wore a navy tux and bow tie.

9. Andrew Garfield

Andrew Garfield

Clearly, there is not much of a difference here. 6 years and Andrew Garfield manages to look young and refreshing on the red carpet wearing a classic black tux by Tom Ford.

10. Ryan Gosling

The best actor nominee for 2017, Ryan Gosling first made an appearance in 2007 wearing the classic black suit with white shirt. This year he went with the same combination, wearing a Gucci tuxedo and of course his effortless charm that surpasses the age factor.

11. Casey Affleck

Last but not the least, we have this year’s winner for the lead actor category. Yes, Casey Affleck! Who made an Oscar appearance in 2008 in black suit and white shirt. His style on Red carpet has certainly evolved and that is evident with his black, well fitted Louis Vuitton tuxedo and brawny stubble.
